History

I have been and continue to perform Professional in Musicals and Opera's. I was the Artistic director of Elgin Opera's Training and Performing Ensemble 2014-17, I sang in many Opera's and Shows which included Musical theatre medley's. Bravissimo Vocal Ensemble's Artistic director and Soprano where we performed shows at Italian restaurants and area Country clubs. As a member of Chicago Cabaret Professionals, I enjoy putting shows in the Cabaret style. I enjoy co - teaching Vocal Voyage Summer Music Camp at Elmhurst University.

Artistic Vision

My vision is to present creative, professional vocal presentations in Cabaret and Musical Theatre styles and collaborate with fellow singers, pianists and musicians.

Programs for Specific Audience(s) Expertise

I enjoy working with High school students as well as college students. I have presented Master classes in Musical Theatre style, technique and character engagement for IMTNA, ILMEA and Harper college. I have adjudicated ILMEA, CCNATS, Elgin Opera Vocal Competitions. I Co - teach "Bring the Song to Life" at Harper College where we train the students in Audition techniques and put on Medleys as their final performance.

Traditional Folk/Ethnic Artform Statement

Presenting shows using the Great American Songbook tells the stories of our past history through song.
