History

I perform solo, duo or band and have been performing for 50 years primarily in Illinois. I play guitar, acoustic or electric, and sing. I recently released my first album of original material in March 2022.

I’ve strived to marry country, blues and Americana/folk in my approach to performing music. 

Programs for Specific Audience(s) Expertise

I’ve performed for school children where I demonstrate how closely related genres like blues, country and folk are and encourage them to listen to the similarities.

I don’t consider myself a traditional folk or ethnic artist but rather incorporate and blend traditions of folk, country western, blues and other roots music.
